On the one hand, I offer this service to organizations that are considered data controllers under the law, for whom I provide full support in fully complying with data protection regulations (GDPR, Info Act) and in the professional handling of any data protection incidents and contact requests.

On the data subject side, I will provide legal assistance in the relevant enforcement procedure to any natural person whose personal data have been processed in breach of the law or are at risk of being infringed.

Since the entry into force of the GDPR, the processing of personal data has become a matter of law to be applied consciously.

Given this circumstance and the increasing extent of digitalization, the lawful processing of personal data is of paramount importance, not to mention the enforcement practice of the relevant Hungarian and European authorities.

Any company handling personal data should review its data management practices, update them if necessary, and seek legal advice in the event of any regulatory proceedings.

Individuals value their data more than ever before, and the protection and lawful use of their data has both a financial and an intangible value.

I have prepared full GDPR documentation for several major data management institutions, provided ongoing legal support for data management, and represented data controllers before the relevant authorities.
