I graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Debrecen in 2004. Since then, I have been working continuously as a lawyer, since 1 October 2014 as an attorney-at-law, preceded by three years of legal consultancy in the energy sector.
Throughout my career, I have consistently chosen specialised areas of law such as public procurement law, data protection, media and advertising law, and energy law.
The handling of these tasks requires a specific approach, so my work is characterized by a unique problem approach with a business perspective, thanks to the experience I have gained. In addition to drafting legal opinions, contracts, and legal research, I have litigation experience and experience in lobbying and representation before competent authorities.
Energy law has been a major focus of my practice over the last decade, and I represent and enforce the interests of users in business and court negotiations.
Another key area of my professional activity is the legal protection related to digitalization, which I carry out together with several colleagues in the framework of the professional association "legaldigital".
The complex theoretical-scientific basis of this activity is the knowledge acquired at the Institute for Advanced Legal Training in Artificial Intelligence and Technology of the Faculty of Law and Political Sciences of Eötvös Loránd University.
I am a member of the Hungarian Blockchain Association and I have had the pleasure to participate with several of my fellow members in the development of the regulatory concept for the operation and development of the Hungarian blockchain ecosystem.
As a member of Németh & Partners Lawyers Association, I effectively apply the expertise and approach presented herein in the course of the legal and advocacy work for the clients who turn to it.
