In my legal practice, I primarily focus on specialised areas of law that are of particular importance to businesses. I provide legal support mainly in the fields of energy law, public procurement law, data protection, and related business advisory services.

In my work, I always approach legal solutions with a business-oriented mindset, ensuring that the advice provided to my clients is not only legally sound but also practical and workable in real business environments.

Over the past more than a decade, energy law has become a key area of my practice. In this field, I represent the interests of energy users in business negotiations and, where necessary, in court proceedings.

I have experience in preparing legal opinions and contracts, conducting legal research, and representing clients in litigation as well as before administrative authorities.

I carry out my work as a member of Németh and Partners Attorneys Association, which enables us to provide clients with comprehensive and multidisciplinary legal support.

My professional interests also extend to legal issues related to digitalisation and technological development. In addition to my daily practice, my work in this area is supported by the knowledge acquired through the Artificial Intelligence and Technology Law postgraduate programme at the Faculty of Law of Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE).

I am also a member of the Hungarian Blockchain Association, where I had the opportunity to participate in the professional preparation of the regulatory concept for the development and operation of the Hungarian blockchain ecosystem.
